Field Crop Production 30 focuses on field crop production and care.

Recommend completing Ag Production - Field Crop 20. Access to a grain farm and equipment is required.

Students will learn about seeding, chemical application and safety, assessing crop stages, record keeping, and road regulations with regards to transporting machinery, towing machinery down public roadways and licenses and gross vehicle weight.

Due to the seasonal nature of this course, we recommend that students registering during Semester 1, take this course for the full school year.

Students need access to machinery and facilities to practice skills and record videos for the skill demonstrations.
