​Drafting CAD 30 is an advanced drafting course where students will become familiar with the newest drafting technology used by professionals across the industry.

Prerequisite
Recommend completing Drafting & CAD 20. None. Required to have computer that is capable of running AutoCAD software (software is provided by Sask DLC).

The drafting challenges tackled will involve complex angles, multiple dimensions and a host of interrelated parts. Students will produce section views, mechanical working drawings, and 3D drawings of several different objects, each one demonstrating a thorough understanding of advanced dimensioning and CAD drafting best practices.
