Hockey skills 10 provides students, who wish to pursue a variety of levels in hockey, the opportunity to develop their hockey skills, fitness levels, mental training, and leadership skills.
Prerequisite
Student must belong to a hockey team,
have a coach willing to complete an assessment and have access to ice-time.

Students will learn about on and off ice skill development such as power skating, on-ice tactical development, on-ice systems development fitness development and video analysis.
The student and teacher can adapt this course for goalies.
Your coach will need to complete an evaluation early in this course and provide feedback throughout the season.
It is important that you get your on ice activities completed early in the season so you have avoid having to complete this work during playoffs.
Because this course requires you to video yourself in on ice sessions, it is very important that you manage your time effectively. Videos can be taken with a smart phone or tablet device.
