Live broadcast courses are delivered online, in real-time. A registered Saskatchewan teacher instructs students through an online platform, and the course is broadcast to registered students.
Just like in a face-to-face class, students are required to attend the live broadcast class and if they anticipate missing it, the student needs to make arrangements with the teacher, prior to class.
In addition to most core high school courses, Sask DLC is offering a selection of modified courses in a live broadcast environment for the 2024-25 school year. These include: Math 11, ELA 11 and Science 11 in Semester 1 as well as Math 21 and Math 11 in Semester 2.
